Just got a call from a bride to tell me the engagement photoshoot I did earlier in the week produced the “most wonderful photo anyone has ever taken of me, ever!”.
I’m pretty happy with that response because every time I take wedding photos that’s my goal. To produce the best photos someone has taken of the couple in their lives so far. And to be honest, they are also probably the best photos that will be taken of the bride in groom in their entire lives. That’s a pretty big ask and part of why I love being a wedding photographer.
I’ll be out there tomorrow taking Amanda and Mike’s wedding photos on the Beach at Byron Bay – please, no rain.
